The Sales Marketer will be responsible for engaging customers, taking and processing orders, promoting FruityLife products, generating leads, converting prospects into customers, and ensuring every customer enjoys an excellent experience. We are seeking enthusiastic, confident, customer-focused, and target-driven Sales Marketers to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy interacting with people, have strong communication skills, and are motivated by achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities: Undertake other duties as assigned by management. Take in-store customer orders accurately. Maintain an accurate database of customer contacts. Provide management, through the Sales Manager, with information on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and opportunities for new products. Work effectively with colleagues and other departments. Maintain records of customer feedback and communicate relevant feedback to management. Build positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business. Promote and market the company's products to customers and prospective customers. Welcome and greet customers warmly and professionally. Ensure every customer receives proof of payment for purchases. Meet or exceed assigned sales targets. Generate leads and actively work towards converting leads into customers. Process customer payments accurately. Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products. Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive customer experience. Assist customers with the placement of orders. Requirements: Customer-focused attitude. Target-driven, proactive, and self-motivated. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Willingness to learn about the company's products. Confident, polite, professional, and presentable personality. HND or Bachelor's Degree in any discipline. Reliable and punctual. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
