The Community Outreach Officer will represent Brilliance Homecare Limited across Lagos communities, build referral partnerships, engage families, and support client acquisition. Responsibilities: Participate in weekly performance reviews and planning sessions. Conduct outreach visits to hospitals, churches, clinics, pharmacies, and community groups. Submit daily outreach activity reports. Engage families and clearly explain Brilliance Homecare’s services. Maintain professionalism and uphold the company’s UK-standard care values. Generate leads and support client acquisition targets. Build referral relationships with nurses, pastors, social workers, and local leaders. Requirements: Education: Minimum OND / HND / BSc in any field. Preferred fields: Social Sciences, Marketing, Public Health, Communications, or related disciplines. Previous client-facing or referral-generation experience: is highly desirable. Experience: working with hospitals, churches, or community groups is an added advantage. 1–3 years experience: in community engagement, field marketing, outreach, customer service, sales, NGO work, or similar roles. Other Requirements: Must be honest, reliable, and able to represent the brand professionally. Must be available for immediate employment. Must be willing to travel within assigned communities. Must reside in Lagos. Must have an active smartphone for communication and reporting. Skills Required: Basic digital skills (WhatsApp, email, Google Forms, etc.) Confident public speaking and community engagement ability. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
