We are seeking a proactive and experienced Human Resources Officer to manage key HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, policy implementation, and compliance. Key Responsibilities: Implement HR policies and ensure compliance with labour regulations. Prepare HR reports and provide administrative support to management. Maintain employee records and HR documentation. Process leave administration and support payroll-related HR activities. Coordinate performance management and staff development initiatives. Handle employee relations, disciplinary matters, and grievance resolution. Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
