We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Ads Specialist Location: Nigeria Department: Comms Reports to: Head of Communications / Head of Media Role Summary The Ads Specialist plans, executes, and optimizes paid media campaigns across social and digital platforms to meet client performance goals, working closely with the wider creative team to bring advertising campaigns to life and reporting on ROI. Key responsibilities: Partner with Account Management to align paid campaigns with broader client marketing objectives Ensure all campaigns comply with platform advertising policies Stay current on ad platform updates, policy changes, and best practices Collaborate with the Design Lead and Media Specialist on ad creative and formats, ensuring creative is tailored to paid performance Prepare regular performance reports with clear insights and recommendations Continuously test, optimize, and scale campaigns based on performance data Manage ad budgets, bidding strategies, and audience targeting to meet KPIs Plan and set up paid social and digital ad campaigns (Meta, TikTok, Google, etc.) Requirements: & qualifications 2-4+ years of hands-on paid media/performance marketing experience, ideally within a creative or marketing agency Comfortable working with data and reporting tools (Excel/Sheets, dashboards) Strong analytical skills with experience: in budget management and ROI reporting Understanding of audience targeting, funnel strategy, and creative testing Proficiency with major ad platforms (Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Google Ads) Detail-oriented with strong campaign management discipline.
