Responsibilities: Assess clients’ financial status Contact clients to gather financial data and documentation Daily & weekly repayment collection Review loan requests Ultimately, you will help our clients acquire loans on time while ensuring all requirements: are met. Set up payment plans Follow up with clients about loan renewals Credit officer responsibilities: include preparing loan applications, evaluating clients’ financial information, and calculating risk ratios.
