Participate in a structured management development program covering customer success, business operations, and leadership. Monitor customer accounts to ensure successful onboarding, product adoption, and continued engagement. Track customer feedback and prepare reports highlighting trends and improvement opportunities. Identify opportunities to improve customer experience: and recommend appropriate solutions. Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests. Maintain accurate customer records and interactions using CRM systems. Represent the organization professionally during customer engagements and business interactions.
