We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: HR Shared Services Manager Location : Lagos Key Responsibilities: Ensure compliance with labour law and statutory HR requirements; keep policies current and enforceable Supervise a small HR/administrative support team Lead end-to-end talent acquisition, onboarding, and staff verification (KYE), including for affiliate companies Maintain accurate, up-to-date personnel records and HR documentation systems Manage compensation and total remuneration structures fixed pay, variable pay/short-term incentives, benefits: in kind, and retirement benefits: within financial sector norms Coordinate board committee and board pack support for HR-related oversight matters Oversee performance management, appraisals, training and development, and succession planning Lead employee relations, retention initiatives, and organizational culture programmes Manage HR budgeting, financial forecasting, and cost analysis for the HR function Develop and implement HR strategy, policies, and objectives aligned with organizational goals Requirements: High level of integrity and discretion in handling sensitive information. Professional certificate such as CIPM, SPHRI, PHRI, CIPD is a must have Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams) and HR information systems Proven experience: with at least 7 years' experience: in HR and 3 years experience: in a senior HR generalist or HR management role, ideally within financial services Strong working knowledge of Nigerian employment law and statutory frameworks (Labour Act, ITF, PENCOM, NYSC, LIRS/FIRS) Excellent organizational, analytical, and stakeholder management skills Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Administration or related field.
