Responsibilities: Ensure that the Machine Guards and interlocks are in place and functional without bypassing them. Ensure all production staffs understand environmental & sustainability policy statement. Report all near-miss cases by filling out the forms and closing open actions. Periodically ensure all the parameters, e.g., weight, alignment, perforation, and sealing integrity, align with the specification. Ensure products specification are checked periodically for accuracy. Excellent knowledge of good manufacturing practice (GMP) food safety skill. Ensure strict compliance with GMP, Good housekeeping/5S, and Food safety procedures at the beginning, during, and close of Production. Ensure adequate monitoring of CCPs in a production area. Ensure smooth running of the lines with minimal waste incurred. Ensure quality production of products by following all the quality monitoring processes during the operation. Sustainably delivers quality products that meet consumer specifications. Carry out checks on the output to spot any machine-related mistakes or flaws. Adherence to Environment, Health, and Safety procedures is essential. To ensure all machine daily production activities are properly recorded in the logbook. Ensure the machines run efficiently and effectively during the shift to deliver planned volume and OEE. Carry out quality checks at regular intervals on all products from the machine to reduce waste. Perform other task as may be assigned by Management. Requirements: Candidates should possess an HND / OND with 2-7 years experience. Salary N200,000 - N300,000 monthly.
