We are scaling our Offline Lending business in Nigeria and looking for a Product Manager to own the product end-to-end - from acquisition and loan origination to repayment, collections, and portfolio performance. We are looking for a hands-on product leader with strong experience: in the Nigerian lending market, who understands offline / branch / field-based lending and can drive both portfolio growth and sustainable profitability. What You’ll Do Improve customer acquisition through branches, field teams, agents, and other offline channels. Work with Risk, Credit, Operations, Collections, Data, Engineering, and Commercial teams. Own the Offline Lending product lifecycle end-to-end. Drive portfolio growth while maintaining healthy PAR, NPL, default, and profitability metrics. Identify opportunities to scale the lending portfolio across Nigeria. Use data to improve approval rates, turnaround time, repayment, repeat lending, and unit economics. Optimize loan products, eligibility, pricing, limits, tenor, and approval processes. Requirements: Experience: with portfolio management and lending metrics such as PAR, NPL, default, yield, and loss rates. Strong understanding of credit assessment, underwriting, loan origination, repayment, and collections. Strong stakeholder management and execution skills. Strong experience: in lending products in Nigeria. Fluent English. Proven ability to work cross-functionally with Risk, Credit, Operations, Collections, Data, and Engineering. Strong commercial and data-driven mindset. Experience: in fintech, MFB, banking, consumer finance, or digital lending. 4–7 years of Product Management / Product Ownership experience. Strong plus: experience: with SME, merchant, working capital, or repeat lending products. Hands-on experience: with offline / branch-led / field-based lending.
