You'll work with companies across fintech, banking, payments, remittance, payroll, marketplaces, and other businesses embedding financial products. The ideal candidate will drive Anchor's growth by identifying, building, and closing relationships with businesses that need financial infrastructure. This is a hands-on commercial role. You'll own opportunities from prospecting and qualification through relationship building, solution design, negotiation, and close. What you will do Develop market intelligence and identify new customer segments, use cases, and growth opportunities. Develop relationships with founders, executives, product leaders, and other key decision-makers. Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospective customers and strategic partners. Own the sales process from prospecting → discovery → solutioning → negotiation → close. Track pipeline, conversion, revenue, and other business development metrics. Prepare and deliver compelling product presentations, proposals, and commercial discussions. Understand customer business models and identify where Anchor's APIs and financial infrastructure can create value. Build long-term relationships with customers and identify opportunities for expansion. Negotiate commercial terms and help drive deals through to completion.
