Conduct regular stock counts, inventory audits, and reconciliations while investigating variances, shortages, and discrepancies. Prepare periodic cost, inventory, variance, and profitability reports and provide recommendations to management for improved cost efficiency. Monitor and control food, beverage, and operational costs to ensure they remain within approved targets and budgets. Requirements: and Qualifications Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience: in financial planning, cost control, or related roles, in an hospitality environment. Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related fields. Advanced Excel skills: Excellent analytical and numerical skills. Strong knowledge of budgeting and cost management.
