The successful candidate will ensure proper financial documentation, assist with account reconciliation, monitor cash flow, and support the company's overall financial accuracy and compliance. Key Responsibilities: Monitor outstanding payments and follow up where necessary. Track company income, expenses, and cash flow. Assist the Business Manager and management team with financial information and reports. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial information. Prepare and maintain invoices, receipts, and payment records. Record and maintain accurate daily financial transactions. Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable. Reconcile bank statements and financial accounts. Support budgeting and financial planning processes. Ensure financial records comply with company policies and relevant regulations. Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records. Assist with preparing monthly and periodic financial reports. Requirements: Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
