Lead, manage, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets. Identify new business opportunities across residential, commercial, industrial, and institutional markets. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, corporate clients, distributors, and strategic partners. Generate and manage a healthy sales pipeline from prospecting through to closing. Present solar and renewable energy solutions to prospective customers and clearly communicate their commercial and technical benefits. Work with technical teams to develop appropriate energy solutions and proposals based on customer requirements. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer needs. Develop and implement customer acquisition and retention strategies. Track sales performance and prepare regular reports for management. Set individual and team sales targets and monitor performance against KPIs. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms with clients. Develop strategic partnerships with businesses, developers, contractors, and other industry stakeholders. Ensure excellent customer experience: throughout the sales process. Participate in industry events, exhibitions, networking opportunities, and other business development activities. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field. Minimum of 4 years of proven sales experience: within the renewable energy, solar, power, electrical, engineering, or related industry. At least 2 years of experience: managing or leading a sales team. Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Strong understanding of solar energy systems, inverters, batteries, power solutions, or related renewable energy products. Excellent business development, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-management skills. Strong leadership and team-management abilities. Commercially minded with excellent knowledge of sales processes and pipeline management. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work with both technical and non-technical customers. Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and sales reporting tools.
