We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Position: General Manager – Operations & Commercial Job Location: Enugu Employment Type: Full-time (Onsite) Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Management, or related field; MBA or equivalent is an advantage. 15–20 years of relevant experience, including 6–10 years in senior management, preferably in FMCG, manufacturing, or a reputable multinational. Professional certification/membership with CMI, NIM, or equivalent. Proven expertise in manufacturing, sales, distribution, marketing, business development, and personnel management. Strong skills in financial management, budgeting, strategic planning, and decision-making. Demonstrated ability to drive sales, profitability, operational efficiency, and overall business performance. Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, analytical, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage teams and multiple functions effectively.
