We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Project Manager - Financial Institution Location: Ikeja, Lagos Job Summary The successful candidate should have strong stakeholder management skills, excellent project execution capabilities, and the ability to work effectively across business, technology, operations, and other functional teams. We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong experience: managing projects within the banking and/or financial services sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering projects from initiation through completion while ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Define project scope, objectives, timelines, deliverables, and success criteria. Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests. Identify potential project challenges and implement appropriate mitigation strategies. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource plans. Ensure proper project documentation, governance, and reporting. Facilitate project meetings, workshops, and stakeholder engagements. Ensure compliance with relevant banking, financial services, regulatory, and organisational requirements: where applicable. Ensure projects are delivered within agreed timelines, scope, budget, and quality standards. Monitor project progress and provide regular status reports to stakeholders and management. Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure effective collaboration throughout the project lifecycle. Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, vendors, and implementation partners. Plan, manage, and deliver projects from initiation to completion.
