The Investor Relations & Fundraising Manager is a commercially critical role responsible for sourcing, structuring, and closing capital from High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs), family offices, and private investors to fund manufacturing and real-sector investment opportunities. The successful candidate will operate at the intersection of capital markets, investor psychology, and commercial execution, ensuring that every engagement progresses toward a clear funding outcome. Key Responsibilities: Capital Raising & Deal Closure: Maintain a clear pipeline of active investor discussions with defined timelines and expected close values. Present structured investment opportunities including equity, debt, commercial papers, direct lending, and Islamic financing. Source and secure capital from HNIs, family offices, and private investors across local and international markets, including the GCC. Drive investor conversations from introduction through commitment and fund deployment. Investor Relationship Management: Provide structured updates on investment performance and portfolio developments. Build and maintain long-term investor relationships that lead to repeat investments. Serve as the primary point of contact for investors, ensuring clear, consistent, and professional communication. Deal Structuring & Execution Support: Support due diligence processes, financial modelling inputs, and investment documentation. Coordinate with legal and compliance teams to ensure seamless deal execution. Work closely with internal teams to structure investment opportunities aligned with investor expectations. Market Positioning & Network Development: Actively build presence within investor ecosystems, including HNI networks, private wealth circles, and investment forums. Develop and maintain a strong personal pipeline of qualified investors. Represent the firm in high-level investor engagements and strategic conversations. Performance Expectations Performance will be measured based on: Number and quality of HNIs and family offices onboarded. Repeat investment and investor retention levels. Timely conversion of qualified opportunities into funded transactions. Strength, quality, and visibility of the investor pipeline. Conversion rate from investor engagement to committed capital. Capital raised within the first 30–90 days. Requirements: Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field. Demonstrated track record of raising capital from HNIs, family offices, or private investors. 5–10 years' experience: in investor relations, private banking, wealth management, corporate finance, investment banking, or related fields. MBA, CFA, or equivalent professional qualification is an advantage. Required Skills and Competencies: Proven ability to close high-value investment deals under time pressure. Ability to independently manage a high-value fundraising pipeline. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Deep understanding of investment products and structuring. High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism. Strong existing network of HNIs, family offices, or private investors. Strong commercial judgment and execution discipline.
