Min Qualification: Degree Experience: Level: Mid level Experience: Length: 4 years Language Requirement: English Working Hours: Full Time - 8 to 5 Applicant Location: Lagos, Nigeria Job descriptions & requirements: Responsibilities: Design, review, and coordinate mechanical systems for building projects. Review mechanical drawings, schematics, equipment schedules, specifications, shop drawings, and technical submissions. Supervise and inspect mechanical installations on construction sites, ensuring compliance with approved designs, specifications, codes, and safety requirements. Coordinate mechanical works with architectural, structural, electrical, and other building services requirements. Monitor contractors and subcontractors to ensure mechanical works meet required quality, programme, and technical standards. Monitor the installation of HVAC, ventilation, plumbing, pumps, water systems, fire protection, and other mechanical building services.
