We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Security Personnel Location: Ojodu Berger, Lagos Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary We are seeking a responsible and vigilant Security Personnel to protect our premises, assets, and personnel. The ideal candidate will maintain a high level of visibility, prevent unauthorized access, and ensure the safety of staff and visitors through patrolling, monitoring surveillance equipment, and responding to incidents. Responsibilities: Respond to alarms and investigate disturbances. Monitor and control access at building entrances and vehicle gates. Operate detecting devices to screen individuals and prevent passage of prohibited articles into restricted areas. Respond to emergencies and provide assistance to employees and customers. Follow procedures for various initiatives including fire prevention, property patrol, access control, and accident investigations. Write reports of daily activities and irregularities, such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences. Monitor and authorize entry of employees, visitors, and other persons to guard against theft and maintain security of premises. Watch alarm systems or video cameras and operate detecting / emergency equipment. Patrol industrial and commercial premises to prevent and detect signs of intrusion and ensure security of doors, windows, and gates. Requirements: Physical fitness to stand or walk for extended periods and perform occasional physical intervention if necessary Proximity to work location (ogba,agege,ojota,ketu,ojodu berger,akute,ikeja)axis. Integrity and professionalism. Surveillance skills and detail orientation. Proven work experience: as a security guard or relevant position. Knowledge of public safety and security procedures/protocols. High School Diploma or equivalent.
