We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Storekeeper Manager Location: Abuja (FCT) Reports to: Financial Controller / Procurement Manager Direct Reports: Store keepers/ Assistants Main Function The Store Keeper Manager is responsible for the management of receipt, safe storage, accurate recording, and controlled issuance of all hotel stock and inventory, ensuring accountability and preventing loss or wastage. Role Responsibilities: Store Operations: Record all stock movements accurately in the inventory system. Process departmental requisitions and issue stock accordingly. Organize the store to ensure proper stock rotation (FIFO) and easy retrieval. Receive and inspect deliveries against purchase orders and delivery notes. Inventory Control: Monitor minimum/maximum stock levels and flag re-order requirements. Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile physical stock against system records. Report discrepancies, damages, or expired stock promptly. Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized storage environment. Coordination & Reporting: Maintain proper documentation for audit purposes. Support monthly and year-end stock-take exercises. Liaise with Procurement and Finance on stock valuation and purchasing needs. Qualifications and Requirements: Education: BSc in Purchasing & Supply, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. Experience: Minimum of 4 years' experience: in store keeping or inventory management, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment.
