You are also responsible for promoting corporate values and culture, and enabling success through job design, recruitment, performance management, training and development, employee relations and talent management. Key Responsibilities: HR Strategic Planning: Develop human resources strategy in line with the company’s overall corporate strategy. Review, amend and draft job descriptions for all job roles and functions. Formulate HR Plans, Policies & procedures according to organizational objectives. HR Administration: Prepare HR budget and ensure compliance with the budget. Manpower Planning: Set up and maintain succession planning framework for relevant job roles and functions across the company Organize meetings with Senior Management and make plans for the company’s manpower requirements. Recruitment management: Decide recruitment channels. Develop a robust recruitment and selection process aimed at hiring top talents.
