This role reports directly to the production manager and plays a critical part in ensuring operational efficiency, product quality, and workplace safety across all assigned shifts. Min Qualification: HND Experience: Level: Entry level Experience: Length: 1 year Language Requirement: English Working Hours: Full Time - 8 to 5 Applicant Location: Lagos, Nigeria Job descriptions & requirements: Responsibilities: Oversee the daily operations of food processing shifts, ensuring smooth and efficient production flow Ensure all production output meets established quality standards and regulatory compliance requirements: Maintain a safe, sanitary, and organized work environment at all times Plan, coordinate, and manage shift schedules and handovers Monitor and optimize the utilization of personnel and production resources Evaluate and report on employee performance, providing coaching and feedback as needed Enforce and uphold the organization's standard operating procedures (SOPs) Identify and monitor Critical Control Points (CCPs) throughout the production process Requirements: Proven ability to communicate and disseminate information clearly and effectively across all levels of staff Working knowledge of utilities and basic technical systems relevant to food processing operations Solid understanding of HACCP principles, including the ability to identify and manage CCPs in a production environment Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage teams under time-sensitive conditions Experience: in a food processing or manufacturing supervisory role is an asset Location: Igbo-Efon, Lagos Note: Candidates residing in or around Lekki, Ajah, and the Lekki-Epe corridor are encouraged to apply.
