Key Responsibilities: Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies. Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes. Work closely with management to address workforce and organizational needs. Manage employee relations, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution. Oversee onboarding, employee engagement, and retention initiatives. Coordinate performance appraisal and employee development programs. Oversee payroll inputs, benefits, leave management, and attendance administration. Promote a positive, professional, and inclusive workplace culture.
