Assess students' needs and develop appropriate intervention and support plans. Guide students in making informed academic, career, and personal development decisions. Identify students experiencing emotional, behavioral, or mental health challenges and provide appropriate support or referrals. Develop and facilitate workshops on topics such as self-esteem, leadership, study skills, career planning, conflict resolution, and emotional intelligence. Collaborate with parents, teachers, and school administrators to support students' overall well-being and academic success.
