We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Position: Operations Manager Job Location: Lagos Employment Type: Full-time Responsibilities: Oversee the entire production process, ensuring efficiency and adherence to production schedules. Coordinate and monitor the work of various departments involved in production, including procurement, logistics, and quality control. Develop and implement production plans to meet customer demands and company goals. Ensure that all products meet the company’s quality standards and regulatory requirements. Implement and maintain quality control procedures and standards. Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement. Identify and implement strategies to optimize production efficiency and reduce costs. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends and areas for improvement. Manage the production budget and ensure cost-effective resource utilization Develop and implement safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe working environment. Conduct regular safety training and drills for staff. Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations and improve overall efficiency. Qualifications & Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Business Administration, Operations Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience: in operations management, preferably within the hospitality, restaurant, retail, or FMCG industry. Proven experience: managing multiple locations, teams, and day-to-day business operations. Strong leadership, people management, and decision-making skills. Excellent knowledge of operational processes, SOP implementation, and performance management. Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities. Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and highly demanding environment. Benefits: Salary: N200,000 - N250,000 / Month.
