We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Position: Social Media / Digital Marketing Officer Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary We are seeking a creative, results-driven, and tech-savvy Social Media & Digital Marketing Officer to drive the company's online visibility, increase customer engagement, generate leads, and boost sales across all Smart Nuel branches nationwide. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the company's digital presence, creating engaging content, running advertising campaigns, designing and maintaining the company website, promoting phones and accessories, and collaborating with branch managers to convert online enquiries into sales. This role requires someone who is highly creative, analytical, and passionate about digital marketing and brand growth. Key Responsibilities: Social Media Management: Manage and grow Smart Nuel's presence on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X (Twitter), WhatsApp Business, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms. Develop and execute a monthly social media content calendar. Create engaging captions, posts, stories, reels, and short-form videos. Respond to customer enquiries, comments, and direct messages professionally. Monitor engagement and build an active online community around the Smart Nuel brand. Digital Marketing & Advertising: Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, Google, and other platforms. Generate leads and drive traffic to physical branches and online sales channels. Promote new phone launches, accessories, special offers, clearance sales, festive campaigns, and promotions. Monitor advertising budgets and campaign performance to maximize return on investment (ROI). Conduct A/B testing and optimize campaigns for better conversion. Website Design & Management: Design, develop, and maintain the company's website. Update products, prices, promotional banners, blogs, and landing pages regularly. Ensure the website is mobile-friendly, fast, and user-friendly. Improve website SEO to increase organic traffic and search visibility. Monitor website analytics and user behaviour. Content Creation & Brand Promotion: Produce high-quality promotional videos, reels, product photography, and graphics for phones and accessories. Visit branches when required to capture products, customer testimonials, and promotional content. Create educational and promotional content about smartphones, accessories, gadgets, solar products, and technology. Ensure all content aligns with Smart Nuel's brand identity and marketing objectives. Sales Support & Branch Coordination: Liaise with managers of all Smart Nuel branches to promote available products and current offers. Follow up on online enquiries and direct potential customers to the appropriate branch. Coordinate branch-specific promotions and campaigns. Support branch managers in closing online-generated sales and customer deals. Gather weekly product availability, pricing updates, and promotional information from branches. Analytics & Reporting: Track social media performance, website traffic, campaign reach, engagement, leads, and sales conversions. Prepare weekly and monthly marketing performance reports for the Managing Director. Recommend strategies to improve brand awareness, customer acquisition, and sales. Brand Development: Maintain a consistent and professional online brand image across all digital platforms. Identify new digital marketing trends and opportunities for business growth. Work closely with management to develop innovative marketing campaigns and product launches. Additional Duties: Develop email and WhatsApp marketing campaigns. Create promotional flyers, banners, brochures, and digital marketing materials. Manage influencer collaborations and promotional partnerships where necessary. Monitor competitors' activities and provide market insights. Assist in organizing product launches, store promotions, and digital campaigns. Perform any other marketing and brand-related duties assigned by the Managing Director.
