For N 100 Naira A-Day fees, the students in our school get books, uniform, lunch, sanitary pads, computer-based education: and 6 years uninterrupted secondary school education. Through our Social Giving Model, compassionate individuals and organizations. Established in 2019 with 30 children, we currently have 180 children from 175 families in our school. KNOSK 100 Naira A-Day School model is currently being replicated by another NGO in Kaduna State and we envision spreading to many locations. We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Program Officer Location: Kuje, Abuja (FCT) Employment Type: Full-time Responsibilities: Project Management and Budget Oversight Develop and establish the work plan, activities, targets, budget, and standards for measuring progress and results. Handle project as will be assigned and ensure the day-to-day coordination of the projects, Drive development of robust project and program strategies for desirable results. Drive fundraising, search for grants, proposal writing and resource mobilization, and strategic partnerships for project. Manage and monitor budgets to ensure compliance and effective use of resources. Prepare reports for stakeholders and funders, detailing project status and impact. Maintain accurate records of project activities, evaluations, and financial transactions. Program Implementation: Support in writing stories, web content, articles, manuals, handbooks and other information, education, and communication (IEC) materials to advance KNOSK work. Support formulation, implementation, and evaluation activities on issues related to education: and empowerment to help achieve the objectives of KNOSK Charity. Seek out other strategies to grow of the work of the KNOSK Charity. Organize workshops, seminars, or conferences related to program objectives. Provide training and support to staff or partners to enhance skills related to project management, implementation, communications and any other stills to raise the productivity level of the team. Conduct community-based dialogues and facilitate to advance the work and objectives of KNOSK Charity. Track project progress and outcomes, ensuring objectives are met. Contribute and share knowledge, information, best practices, and lessons learned on programing issues. Lead implementation of designated projects/program activities (training sessions, conferences, stakeholder/donor meetings) for KNOSK Charity.
