We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Experienced Hotel Porter Location: Ojodu Berger, Lagos Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary We are seeking a courteous, reliable, and professional Hotel Porter to join our team. The Hotel Porter is responsible for assisting guests with their luggage, escorting guests to their rooms, providing information about hotel facilities, and ensuring a welcoming and positive guest experience: from arrival to departure. Key Responsibilities: Support the front desk and other departments as needed. Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries. Ensure guest safety and security by following hotel policies and procedures. Deliver messages, packages, and other items to guest rooms when required. Assist with loading and unloading guest belongings from vehicles. Provide directions and information about local attractions, transportation, and hotel facilities. Escort guests to their rooms and explain hotel amenities and services. Assist guests with carrying and transporting luggage to and from their rooms. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lobby, entrance, and luggage storage areas. Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure.
