Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies, including collateral requirements, loan restructuring, and collections initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including underwriting, collections, and compliance, to ensure consistent application of credit policies and procedures. Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in credit risk management to enhance risk assessment methodologies and processes. Prepare and present credit risk reports, analyses, and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
