We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Senior Finance Personnel Location: Lagos Job Type: Full Time Responsibilities: Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, statutory requirements, and company financial policies. Monitor financial performance by evaluating historical and current financial data to assess the company’s financial position and identify risks or opportunities. Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting business performance, profitability, and cash flow planning. Supervise daily accounting operations, including transaction postings, reconciliations, and maintenance of accurate financial records. Manage accounts receivable and payable processes to ensure timely collections, payments, and healthy cash flow. Support audit processes by preparing schedules, reconciliations, and required supporting documentation. Provide guidance and oversight to junior finance team members and support their day-to-day development. Develop and improve automated reporting tools, dashboards, and internal financial processes for greater efficiency and accuracy. Oversee the preparation and review of invoices, purchase orders, and other finance-related documentation.
