Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to increase hotel revenue and occupancy. Identify and acquire new corporate, individual, group, and event clients. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat business. Promote hotel rooms, banqueting, conferences, restaurants, spa, and other facilities. Monitor competitors, market trends, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities. Promote the hotel through appropriate digital, social media, corporate, and traditional marketing channels. Meet assigned monthly sales targets and provide regular sales and marketing reports to management.
