About the Role Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager / HR Manager, the Talent Acquisition Officer will manage end-to-end recruitment activities. The role focuses on sourcing, candidate assessment, pipeline development, onboarding coordination, and recruitment analytics. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment & Selection: Manage end-to-end recruitment across departments, screen applications, conduct pre-screening interviews, coordinate technical assessments, and manage offer documentation. Sourcing & Employer Branding: Build candidate pipelines for technical and operational roles via LinkedIn and job boards, while supporting referral programs and career events. Workforce Planning & Analytics: Maintain recruitment trackers, monitor vacancy statuses, analyze hiring metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire), and present hiring reports to management. Onboarding & Compliance: Coordinate pre-employment screening, ensure compliance with labor regulations and manpower budgets, and facilitate onboarding handovers.
