We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Sales Node Account Officer Location: Shendam, Plateau Employment Type: Full-time Key Responsibilities: Receivable Tracking: Reconciliation of prepayment inflow and sales. Confirmation of sales inflow / customer payment. Match inflows with sales invoices. Timing stock retrieval of debt/credit sales. Reconciliation of credit sales/receivables as at when due. Sales Data Capturing: Post all sales, prepayment and return. Capture sales data with relevant documents as it occurs on both excel and lionheart. Sell immediately through ERP (sage / lionheart). Sales Node Expenses Management: Track and manage petty cash expenses. Monthly report of total expenditure at the sales node. Assist in statutory remittance and ensure compliance with statutory regulation as requested by the state or local government. Communicate with vendors, customers and other stakeholders regarding payment and account status. Stock and Cash Management: Maintain regular stock taking and reconciliation of physical inventory with system records. Stock cards update and reorder level monitoring. Regular remittance to the bank with proof of payment and regular report on cash position. Verify the quantity and quality of stock supplied against delivery notes. Sending of stock balance report. Maintain accurate and proper inventory records and update stock cards regularly. Regular fumigation of the store. Reconcile receivables with bank statements per node and monitor cash inflow activities. Other Tasks: Monthly profitability report for the node. Support internal and external audit processes by providing necessary documents. Perform any other finance or accounting related tasks assigned. Qualifications Minimum of 1 Year working experience. BSc Degree in Accounting, Business Admin and related fields. Candidate should reside or be familiar with the location.
