Experience: working with real estate, hospitality, or property-related businesses is required. Key Responsibilities: Research markets, audiences, competitors, sectors and relevant business conversations. Translate client business objectives into strategic directions and communication priorities. Work with Digital, PR and Business Development teams to translate strategy into execution. Identify market opportunities, audience insights and positioning gaps. Develop brand, campaign and go-to-market strategies. Prepare strategy documents, presentations, reports, frameworks and recommendations. Participate in client meetings, presentations and strategic workshops. Support thought leadership, reputation and stakeholder strategy. Develop strategic communications, positioning and messaging recommendations. Contribute to new business proposals and pitches. Requirements: Excellent writing and presentation skills. 3–5 years of strategy, communications, brand, consulting or related experience. Strong commercial awareness and understanding of client needs. Ability to connect business objectives to brand and communications strategy. Relevant strategy work, presentations or case studies are an advantage. Strong research, analytical and strategic thinking skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
