We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Food & Beverage Manager to oversee the hotel's entire Food & Beverage operation. Responsibilities: Review departmental budgets and operating expenses. Monitor guest satisfaction and resolve service issues. Oversee restaurant, bar, rooftop bar, banquet, events, and in-suite dining operations. Develop and maintain high food and beverage service standards. Ensure proper stock control and purchasing procedures. Ensure compliance with hotel policies and applicable health and safety requirements. Drive departmental revenue and profitability. Maintain high standards of hygiene, presentation, and service. Prepare departmental reports and performance updates for management. Develop F&B promotions and revenue-generating initiatives. Manage the overall Food & Beverage department. Work with the Executive Chef and Head Mixologist on menus and beverage programmes. Coordinate F&B requirements: for conferences, weddings, private functions, and special events. Monitor food and beverage costs, stock levels, wastage, and variances. Supervise, train, and develop F&B staff. Requirements: HND or B.Sc. in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or related discipline. Excellent communication and guest-service skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple operations simultaneously. Previous experience: as an F&B Manager or senior F&B supervisor in a reputable hotel or restaurant. 4–6 years' experience: in Food & Beverage operations. Strong commercial awareness and problem-solving ability. Excellent understanding of F&B costing, stock control, and revenue management. Strong leadership and people-management skills. Strong knowledge of restaurant, bar, banquet, and beverage operations.
