The candidate must possess strong leadership, people-management, and organizational skills, especially within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities: Supervise daily administrative and operational activities. Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation. Monitor staff attendance, discipline, and workplace coordination. Maintain employee records and HR documentation. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Coordinate office administration and facility management. Prepare reports, schedules, and operational updates. Assist management in staff welfare, performance monitoring, and conflict resolution. Ensure effective communication between management and staff. Requirements: Minimum of OND / HND / B.Sc. in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or related field with 5-7 years of experience. Proven experience: in HR and Administration. Good knowledge of HR processes and administrative operations. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to multitask and work under pressure. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Manufacturing industry experience: is an added advantage.
