The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a safe, stimulating, and engaging learning environment where young learners can develop academically, socially, emotionally, and physically through age-appropriate and play-based learning experiences. Key Responsibilities: Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons and learning activities for Early Years learners. Create a warm, safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment. Apply the principles of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) in planning and delivering learning experiences. Effectively use Jolly Phonics to develop children\'s early phonics, reading, pronunciation, and literacy skills. Monitor, assess, and document children\'s learning and developmental progress. Provide appropriate support for children with different learning abilities and developmental needs. Encourage children\'s communication, creativity, confidence, independence, and social development. Prepare appropriate learning resources and classroom activities. Maintain effective classroom routines and positive behaviour management. Communicate appropriately with parents and other members of staff regarding children\'s progress and development. Work collaboratively with colleagues to support the overall development and wellbeing of learners. Requirements: Bachelor\'s Degree, NCE, or relevant qualification in Early Childhood Education, Education, or a related discipline. Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience: in an Early Years setting. Strong knowledge and practical understanding of the EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stage). Good knowledge and practical experience: using Jolly Phonics to teach young children. Ability to effectively teach early reading, phonics, letter sounds, blending, and other foundational literacy skills. Strong understanding of child development and age-appropriate learning approaches. Excellent classroom management and communication skills. Patient, caring, creative, energetic, and genuinely passionate about working with young children. Ability to create engaging, hands-on, and play-based learning experiences. Good observation, assessment, and record-keeping skills. Ability to work effectively as part of a professional teaching team.
