Training and Development: Assisting with the orientation of new employees and ensuring all staff adhere to company policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Performance Monitoring: Overseeing staff attendance, addressing excessive breaks, and resolving any conflicts that may arise among the team. Access Control: Locking up premises, arming security systems, and conducting regular perimeter walks to keep the facility safe from unauthorized entry. Emergency Response: Taking charge during emergencies (such as fires or severe weather events), ensuring evacuation protocols are followed, and contacting emergency services if needed. Compliance: Ensuring the workplace adheres to health and safety regulations, identifying hazards, and minimizing workplace risks. Issue Resolution: Addressing and resolving customer complaints or urgent inquiries that occur during the shift, ensuring a high standard of client/guest satisfaction.
