We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Sales Engineer Location: Lagos Employment Type: Full-time Key Responsibilities: Prospect and generate new leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, and referrals. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, highlighting the features and benefits: of our products or services. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. Work closely with internal teams, including engineers and project managers, to ensure seamless project implementation and customer satisfaction. Provide ongoing support to clients throughout the sales process, including addressing technical inquiries and overcoming objections. Stay updated on industry trends, government incentives, and regulatory requirements: related to solar energy to provide informed recommendations to clients. Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company. Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, including pricing and terms of service. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by the company. Conduct site visits and assessments to evaluate the feasibility of solar energy installations, including roof inspections and shading analysis. Collaborate with clients to understand their energy needs and develop customized solar solutions that meet their requirements. Prepare and deliver technical proposals and presentations to potential clients, outlining the benefits: and ROI of solar energy systems. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field preferred. Proven track record of success in sales, with at least 5 years of experience: in solar or renewable energy sales. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to perform site assessments and conduct shading analysis using industry-standard software tools. Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite and CRM software. Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to client sites as needed. Strong technical aptitude and understanding of solar energy systems, including PV modules, inverters, and mounting structures.
