We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Quality Supervisor Location: Lagos Employment Type: Full-time Summary We are seeking a Quality Supervisor to ensure that manufacturing and assembly processes consistently meet established quality standards, specifications, and customer requirements. Key Responsibilities: Promote a strong quality culture and ensure compliance with relevant standards. Conduct quality audits and process checks. Conduct inspections of incoming components, work-in-progress, and finished products. Prepare quality performance reports for management. Train production staff on quality standards and defect prevention. Track recurring defects and recommend process improvements. Work with Production teams to identify root causes and implement corrective actions. Develop and maintain quality inspection checklists and reports. Bachelor’s Degree / HND in Mechanical, Electrical/Electronics, Industrial Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field. Practical knowledge of manufacturing quality control processes. Strong knowledge of inspection, defect identification, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions. Strong analytical, problem-solving, reporting, and documentation skills.
