The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing customers and distributors, monitoring market activities, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets within the assigned territory. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and supervise all sales activities within Suleja and surrounding areas. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and key business partners. Drive sales growth and consistently achieve assigned sales targets. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer needs. Identify new business opportunities and expand the company\\\'s market presence. Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates on market performance. Coordinate sales representatives and ensure effective coverage of the assigned territory. Resolve customer complaints and ensure excellent customer service. Requirements: Minimum of 4 years’ proven experience: in sales , preferably in a fast-moving consumer goods, manufacturing, or related industry. Strong knowledge of the Suleja market and surrounding communities. Ability to speak and understand Hausa and other commonly spoken native languages in Suleja and its environs is highly desirable.
