The role involves direct customer engagement, relationship management, lead conversion and achievement of assigned sales targets. Key Responsibilities: Identify and acquire new customers through field sales, referrals, partnerships and other approved channels. Conduct market and customer research to identify new business opportunities. Collaborate with Marketing and Customer Service teams to support customer acquisition and retention. Drive account opening, deposits, product uptake and other assigned business targets. Support customer onboarding and ensure required documentation is properly completed. Generate, follow up and convert leads into active customers. Provide feedback on customer needs, market trends and competitor activities. Follow up with prospective customers and maintain an active sales pipeline. Ensure all sales and customer onboarding activities comply with the Bank’s policies, procedures and applicable regulatory requirements. Monitor personal sales performance and provide regular reports to the Sales Manager. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers. Promote the Bank’s products and services, including savings, loans, accounts, cards and other financial solutions. Requirements: Customer-focused, proactive and results-oriented. Good knowledge of banking and financial products is an advantage. Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets. Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Economics or a related field. Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills. 2–3 years of sales experience, preferably in banking, microfinance, fintech or financial services. Ability to work independently and effectively in a target-driven environment.
