We are looking for a strategic HR leader who can drive employee engagement, policy development, and operational excellence in a fast-paced tech environment. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook in line with labor laws Oversee full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and exit processes Manage employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary processes Drive learning & development, training, and career development initiatives Handle payroll coordination, benefits: administration, and compliance Champion company culture, employee engagement, and employer branding Provide HR advisory support to Management and Department Heads Ensure proper HR documentation, data management, and reporting Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
