We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Position: Engineering Graduate Trainee Job Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers Employment Type: Internship Job Summary We are seeking motivated, ambitious and smart engineering graduates to join our team as Graduate Trainees. This is designed to provide recent graduates with a structured pathway to gain hands-on experience, develop technical and soft skills, and prepare for a successful career in engineering. You will work closely with experienced professionals, contribute to real projects, and rotate through key departments to understand our operations and products/services. Key Responsibilities: Participate in a structured training and development program covering technical, operational, and soft skills. Assist senior engineers in planning, designing, and executing projects. Conduct research and analysis to support engineering tasks. Prepare documentation, reports, and presentations as needed. Gain proficiency in engineering software, tools, and systems relevant to the role. Work on-site or in the field as required to support engineering operations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams in deliverables. Adhere to health, safety, and environmental standards and regulations. Qualifications and Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, from a reputable institution. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Willingness to learn and take initiative. Basic knowledge of industry-specific tools/software (e.g., AutoCAD). Ability to work effectively in a team and independently. Willing to travel as part of the training rotation.
