We are looking for a AI-Native Developer (AI Builder) who can work closely with business teams to identify real-world problems and build practical AI-powered solutions that improve productivity, automate manual processes, and create measurable business value. You will work across business functions such as Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Procurement, identifying opportunities where AI and automation can improve existing processes. This is a hands-on builder role. You will be expected to take initiatives from understanding the business problem through solution design, development, integration, deployment, and validation. Key Responsibilities: Work directly with business and functional teams to understand their processes, challenges, and pain points. Work with LLMs, generative AI, RAG, APIs, databases, and other modern AI technologies. Test and evaluate solutions to ensure they are reliable, useful, and solving the intended business problem. Integrate solutions with existing enterprise systems, including platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365). Deploy and continuously improve solutions based on user feedback and performance. Translate business problems into practical technical solutions and build them end-to-end. Take ownership of projects from discovery through delivery while identifying future opportunities for improvement. Communicate technical concepts and solutions clearly to non-technical stakeholders. Develop AI applications, agents, automations, and data workflows. Identify opportunities where AI, automation, or software solutions can improve productivity and reduce manual work. Requirements: Demonstrated experience: building and shipping software or AI solutions that real users have used. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong ownership, curiosity, and delivery mindset. Experience: building AI-powered applications and working with APIs, databases, and integrations. 3+ years of professional software development or engineering experience, with meaningful hands-on AI/ML experience. Experience: with software development, testing, version control, and deployment. Practical understanding of LLMs, generative AI, RAG, AI agents, or related technologies. Strong programming skills in Python and/or another modern programming language. Ability to understand business problems and translate them into technical solutions. Interested candidates should possess an HND / Bachelor`s / Master`s Degree Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical teams.
