The ideal candidate will support the day-to-day operations of the outlet by delivering excellent customer service, preparing food and beverages, and maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. Key Responsibilities: Greet and attend to customers in a friendly and professional manner. Take customer orders accurately and process payments. Prepare and serve food and beverages in line with company standards. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen, dining, and service areas. Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards. Restock supplies and assist with inventory management. Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient outlet operations. Handle customer inquiries and resolve minor complaints professionally. Assist with opening and closing procedures. Perform other duties as assigned by the Outlet Supervisor or Manager. Requirements: Minimum of SSCE /WAEC / NECO qualification. Previous experience: in a restaurant, cafe, retail, supermarket, or customer service role is an added advantage. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong customer service orientation and a positive attitude. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required. Honest, reliable, and a strong team player.
