We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Senior Architect Location: Lagos Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary Responsible for leading architectural design and project delivery, ensuring that designs meet client requirements, technical standards, building regulations, quality expectations, and project timelines. Key Responsibilities: Monitor project progress and support timely delivery of design and construction activities. Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and other project stakeholders. Prepare and review architectural drawings, specifications, layouts, and design documents. Lead the planning, design, and development of architectural projects from concept to completion. Review construction drawings and ensure compliance with approved designs and specifications. Maintain accurate project records and ensure proper documentation throughout the project. Conduct site inspections to monitor construction quality and adherence to approved designs. Review shop drawings, material submissions, samples, and technical proposals.
