The successful candidates will be responsible for accurately packing and sealing finished treated insecticide nets according to established product, packaging, and quality requirements, ensuring they are properly prepared for subsequent baling, storage, or dispatch. We are seeking Production Workshop Operators (Packing & Sealing) to join the production team of a manufacturing company specializing in treated insecticide net production. Key Responsibilities: Maintain a clean and organized packing and sealing area. Check sealed packages for incomplete seals, damaged packaging, incorrect presentation, or other visible issues. Meet daily production targets while maintaining consistent packing quality. Report packaging defects, equipment faults, or production issues promptly. Operate and handle relevant packing and sealing equipment safely and correctly. Follow all production, quality, and safety procedures. Ensure each net is correctly positioned and completely enclosed within its designated packaging. Ensure the correct product and required quantity are packed according to production instructions. Handle finished products carefully to prevent damage or contamination during packing. Ensure packages are properly sealed and secure before they leave the packing station. Arrange completed packages appropriately for transfer to the next stage of production. Pack inspected and folded treated insecticide nets according to the required packaging specifications. Check packaging materials for damage, cleanliness, and suitability before use. Requirements: Ability to identify packaging defects and inconsistencies. Good communication and teamwork skills.
