We are recruiting to fill the position below Job Title: Spare Parts Officer Location: Apapa, Lagos Responsibilities: Monitor stock levels and identify minimum, maximum, and reorder. Ensure proper identification, labelling, coding, and categorization of spare parts. Issue parts against approved job cards, work orders and store requisitions. Receive authorized requests for spare parts from the Workshop and other approved users. Maintain appropriate stock levels for critical and fast-moving truck parts. Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile physical quantities with ERP/system records. Maintain accurate records of all spare parts, components, consumables, and accessories in stock. Requirements: Experience: working with an ERP/inventory management system, preferably Microsoft Dynamics, is desirable. Ability to identify parts using part numbers, specifications, vehicle models, chassis numbers, and engine types. 2-4 years' relevant experience: in spare parts, quantities, inventory, stores, procurement, or warehouse management. Previous experience: in a truck, heavy-duty vehicle, automotive, logistics, transport, or fleet maintenance environment is strongly preferred. Bachelor's Degree or HND in Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.
