Daily GL-Blotter Reconciliation to ensure all deals consummated by Treasury dealers are documented in the blotter and posted into the Ledger, with prompt escalation of all outstanding. Daily root-cause analysis of variances, raise exceptions against originating users/departments and/or obtain approvals for corrections (where applicable). Daily review and reconciliation of Treasury suspense Account. Support the management of audits relating to the Treasury Business & Products (Internal, External & Regulatory Audits). Daily validation of the previous day’s closing positions of Treasury Products (Fixed Income Securities, Placements & Takings, Fx and Derivatives). Support the Financial/Management Reporting Team by providing analytical insight into the performance/positions of Treasury Products. Monitor the Suspense Accounts for Treasury Products to ensure that only verifiable unsettled trades are held in such accounts (where applicable). Daily review & validation of Receivables, Payables and Contingent Accounts of Treasury Products. Monitor the compliance of Treasury units with the Product Control Framework and other regulatory guidelines on Treasury Products. Timely preparation and delivery of Daily Profit or loss Report for Treasury Products for Trading Desks & other Units. Support process improvements around the Treasury Business Value chain (Trading Desks, Risk Management, Settlement Operations, Internal Control). Daily review and reconciliation of Account Balances in Treasury Application, i.e., Calypso to Core Banking Application Balances. Handle the creation/modification of Accounting Rules, Account Mapping, Static Filters and other requirements: for new/existing Treasury Products.
