Coordinate and manage the performance review process for both office and site employees. Manage end-to-end recruitment for engineers, technical professionals, and site-based employees. Work with business leaders to identify staffing needs and ensure timely recruitment. Oversee day-to-day HR operations across multiple locations and ensure consistent HR service delivery. Ensure company HR policies and procedures are applied consistently while supporting operational requirements.
